Abstract

Designed according to the principles of Human-Centred Design, the RS5 key redefines the user experience in the access control sector by placing people at the core of the development process. Every detail has been carefully validated through extensive usability testing and in-depth analysis of user needs, resulting in a product that ensures an intuitive grip, ease of use and a highly reliable interaction in everyday and critical situations.

The ergonomic design enhances handling and recognizability, reducing uncertainty and enabling immediate, natural use without the need for learning. At the same time, the RS5 integrates advanced security technologies, delivering high performance standards and robust protection while maintaining simplicity and accessibility for a wide range of users.

The result is a product that successfully combines innovation, functionality and user-centred thinking, perfectly reflecting the technological excellence and prestige of the CISA Allegion brand.
